Ethan joined the Llanover & Coldbrook Estate as full-time Finance Manager in January 2026, following a year working closely with the Estate as an external consultant.

His role combines strategic financial oversight across the Estate’s diverse enterprises with the practical day-to-day management of its finances.

Prior to joining the management team, Ethan spent eight years working in accounting practices in Gloucestershire and Bristol, where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW).
