Alex joined the Llanover & Coldbrook Estate in April 2026 as Buildings & Works Manager.

He is responsible for overseeing the repair, maintenance and development of the estate’s residential and commercial property portfolio, working closely with the estate team and contractors to deliver both day-to-day works and longer-term projects.
