James joined the team in January 2025 and brings with him a range of skills to contribute to the general maintenance and development of the estate. He has quickly assumed a wider role in the farming operation, taking responsibility for much of the arable and machinery programme, harvest logistics, grain movements and storage, and the coordination of day-to-day fieldwork.
