Jeanne Fry-Thomas joined the Llanover and Coldbrook Estate in September 2025 to manage the day-to-day administration of the residential portfolio, working closely with tenants and the maintenance team.

She brings 38 years’ experience in the property sector, having started in a local Abergavenny agency before progressing to Director level across two successful estate agency and lettings businesses operating across South Wales and the West. She later sold the companies, including the lettings arm, to a national corporate.

She is a qualified estate agent, having studied at Reading University, and has also completed further training in property law.

After retiring in 2025 she found that she missed working with property and people and decided to take up the offer of “helping out” on the Estate for a few months in September of that year. After finding out how much she enjoyed working with the Team, she decided to stay, bring her years of experience and customer skills to the Estate. She is now relishing the challenge of learning about the varied aspects of working on a country estate.
