Josh along with his wife Lauren and their two children moved to Llanover in September 2023 to take up the position of Stockman.

He has spent the past 15 years working in the agriculture industry both here in the UK and abroad, working with a wide range of livestock across many different farming systems. He brings a wealth of knowledge to help develop and implement the regenerative farming system that we aspire to here at Llanover, developing the herd to Stabiliser Suckler cows, commercial sheep flock and pedigree flock of Black Welsh Mountain ewes.
